This paper deals with the most difficult problem in C3I system modeling: how to combine the contents of C3I systems with the combat environments where the C3I systems exist in one model. A normative modeling approach for modeling C3I systems in combat environments is presented by using the modeling methods in complex systems theory. The proposed modeling approach can fuse the C3I systems and the Lanchester equations that are often used to describe combat process into the C3I system combat equations. For illustrating the practical application process of this problem-oriented modeling approach, the modeling of a canonical air-defence C3I scenario is given. The calculation results and the final differential equations of the scenario show that the approach has solved the problem of the combination of C3I systems and Lanchester equations, so that it can combine the elements of C3I systems with combat environments in one integrate model.

本文针对目前C~3I系统建模研究遇到的难题:如何把C~3I系统的组成内容与它所处的战争环境结合起来,运用复杂系统的一些建模方法、基于问题导向的原则,提出了一套战争环境下C~3I系统建模的规范化建模方法,使C~3I系统与军方常用于描述作战的Lanchester型格斗方程有机地结合起来,形成C~3I系统的作战方程。文中以一个典型的防空作战的C~3I想定进行了具体的计算,建立了该想定的微分方程模型。结果表明,这种方法解决了C~3I系统与Lanchester方程的结合问题,从而使C~3I系统本身的各个组成部分能在模型中与作战环境有机地结合起来。

This paper applies the theory of evaluating the effectiveness andwhole life cycle cost of weapon systems to establishing models of effectiveness,costand cost-effectiveness analysis of missile weapon system.Cost-effectiveness analysisof weapon systems is a complicated systems engineering which synthesizes tactical,technical and economical factors of the system,and chooses the optimal one amongnumerous schemes after they here have been processed,compared and balanced accor-ding to the optimization principle.

应用评价武器系统效能和全寿命周期费用理论,建立了导弹武器系统效能、费用和费用-效能分析模型。武器系统的费用-效能分析是一项较复杂的系统工程,它综合了系统战术、技术、经济多方面的因素,按优化原则进行处理,比较和权衡,在众多的方案中选出最优化的一种。

Multiple knowledge representation and strategy of trouble shooting is a key problem in building up an expert system for fault diagnosis. A "synthetic frame system" is described in this paper to represent various types of knowledge and their systematic relations in the diagnostic process. Also a new concept—" indepandent structure", with plausible search strategy, is proposed to solve the problem of multiple trouble shooting in complex systems.
