基于 Erfle目镜设计了一个 -衍混杂目镜 ,该目镜不仅在像差特性有很大改善 ,而且在结构上更趋向轻、小 ,其焦距、视场、出瞳距离及出瞳直径均满足头戴显示系统 (HMDs)的要求 ,镜头直径亦满足双目系统筒间距的要求 ;同时选取 Cooke3片镜作为中继物镜 ,对 2 5 4mm液晶显示屏成像 ,构成了用于人因素 -目视系统参量研究的 -衍混杂系统 ,并且满足系统参量可调的要求。

Basing on conventional 4 elements 70° field of view wide angle Zeiss eyepiece,we have designed two hybrid refractive diffractive eyepieces by replacing the doublet of the eyepiece with hybrid refractive diffractive singlet.It has been shown that the performance of the desighed hybrid eyepiece is much better than the conventional Zeiss eyepiece.The lateral color reduces by one order in magnitude,the astigmatism reduces by 34 %,and the transverse aberration reduces by 30 %,16 % and 20 % for 0°,49° and 70° field...

According to the requirements of modern infrared laser scanning system,hybrid refractive-diffractive f-theta lenses working on the wavelength band from 808 nm to 1064 nm and from 1064 nm to 1500 nm were designed respectively.The systems are consist of three elements and four elements respectively,and the scanning ranges are 100 mm×100 mm and 60 mm×60 mm respectively.With the combination of these two systems,the laser scanning tasks can be fulfilled in the working wavelength band from 808 nm to 1500 nm,which covers the wavelength band of semiconductor lasers.It is shown from the spot diagram analysis that the output spots are in diffraction limit with good uniformity.The modulation transfer functions for 0°,0.71° and full field of view are all near to the diffraction limit.The maximum lateral color is 26 μm,the maximum field curvature is 0.3 mm and the maximum f-theta error is less than 0.03%.The systems meet the needs of modern high precision laser drilling working on multi-wavelength.

根据现代红外激光扫描系统的需求,分别设计了工作于808nm~1064nm波段和1064nm~1500nm波段的/衍混杂f-theta系统。系统分别由三片镜和四片镜组成,激光扫描范围分别为100mm×100mm和60mm×60mm。此二系统相配合,可以完成在808nm~1500nm波长范围的激光扫描工作。点列图分析表明,输出光斑质量优良均匀,在0视场、0.7视场、和全视场光斑均接近衍射极限。像差分析表明,系统最大色差为26μm,最大场曲小于0.3mm,最大f-theta误差小于0.03%。满足现代多工作波长、高精度激光打标机的实际需求。
