FCC light gasoline etherifying technology changes tertiary carbon alkene into ether,and makes up for the shortage of MTBE output.It not only raises octane rating and oxygen content but also lowers alkene content of gasoline and vapor pressure,thus is worth developing and popularizing.

    20 0 0年 1月 1日我国开始实施车用无铅汽油新标准。长期以来我国汽油生产已形成以催化裂化装置为主的格局 ,而催化裂化汽油烯烃含量普遍较高 ,优化调合工艺 ,降低汽油烯烃含量、硫含量、苯和芳烃含量 ,规范使用清净剂等是汽油达新达标亟待解决的问题 ,而解决问题的关键是要在资源可得性、生产技术和使用性能三方面取得折衷和协调。本文就此加以分析并提出建议。

    LAP is a special additive developed by the Refinery Research Institude of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co.. The results of commercial test show that olefin in gasoline can be reduced by adding a small amounnt of LAP promoter without changeing the main catalyst, and The total liquid yield is hardly influenced.The paper presents the commercial application test of LAP promoter with respect to applying features,product patterns, product quality, unit operation and the economics.

    LAP助剂是洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所开发的降低催化裂化汽油烯烃的专用助剂。工业应用试验表明 :在不更换主催化剂基础上添加小比例的降烯烃助剂可达到降低汽油烯烃的目的 ,并且基本上不影响总液体收率。从 LAP助剂的使用特点、产品分布、产品质量、操作情况及使用经济性等方面介绍了助剂的工业应用试验情况
