The immunohistochemical methods (PAP) of myoglobin antibody were performed to observe the myoglobin defects of myocytes in infarcting area of rat hearts. The results demonstrated that: Slight imcomplete myoglobin defects in few myo-cytes of infarcting area were noted at 30 min after coronary ligation. At 2-6h after coronary ligation, the limits of the myoglobin defects...

对犬进行冠状动脉二期结扎,建立心肌梗死模型,应用心表组合电极标测心室晚电位,观察再灌注对其影响。结果发现:心室晚电位阳性再灌犬,晚电位100%转阴。未灌犬无一例转阴。心室晚电位阳性再灌犬恶性心律失常发生率与晚电位阴性再灌犬相比,无显著差异。提示1.再灌注是使心室晚电位转阴的可靠方法;2.心室晚电位与再灌注心律失常无关;3.对急性心肌梗塞后心室晚电位阳性者,应积极进行心肌再灌注治疗。

We examined the range of myocardial ischemia and infarction using the methods of epicardial mapping and NBT-ink double staining and the ratio of tissue in myocardial infarction in which the anterior coronary artery was ligated in anesthetized dogs and conscious rabbits.The results showed DAXXK reduced the area of myocardial ischemia and degree of myocardial infarction.

用麻醉犬和清醒兔冠状动脉结扎造成心肌梗死模型,采用心外膜电图标测和定量组织学方法,研究了地奥心血康(DAXXK)静脉给药(犬)及消化道给药(兔)对心肌梗死的影响。结果证明DAXXK能明显减轻心肌缺血,缩小梗死范围。
