A innocuocs two component PU elastomer was prepared from polyether polyol, MDI and E 300. The effects of MDI, E 300 and isocyanurate index on performances of the two component PU elastomer were discussed. The results show that the innocuocs two component PU elastomer has good properties.The product's hardness is 80 shore A,Tensile strength is about 15 MPa,and tear strength is about 64 kN/m,elongation is about 500%.

采用聚醚多元醇、MDI和E 30 0为原料 ,合成了环保型双组分聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了纯MDI、E 30 0、异氰酸酯指数等对环保型双组分聚氨酯弹性体的影响。结果表明 ,采用这些原料可以制得性能良好的环保型双组分聚氨酯弹性体制品 ,当其制品邵A硬度为 80时 ,拉伸强度为 1 5MPa ,撕裂强度为 6 4kN/m ,伸长率为 5 0 0 %。
