Based on investigation of vehicle flow, air pollutants monitoring and the meteorological features of East Nanjing Road, to analyze the characteristics of traffic flow, estimate the intensities of exhaust emission, and calculate the concentration distribution of NOx on the specific section using the experimental model.
Considering the fact that the research on fire prediction and relief for commercial streets is one of the engineering practices of fire control theory, which the paper is based on, we give a result of fire prediction, by using Grey Model, on East Naming Road in the near future ten years and the safety eyaluation of fire prevention for existing buildings and structural members as well. All these are realized with microcomputer takillg adyantage of expert system method.
