The test demonstrated that the polysulfide-rubber-modified epoxy was highly resistant to the corrosion by above corrosive media. The tank was then repaired using FRP lining with polysulfide rubber glass scale and has been operating for four years without any problem ever since.

    聚合物AT-420在大港港东油田新鲜回注污水中的溶液粘度很低,浓度4 g/L时仅为20 mPa.s,为放置20小时的该污水所配同浓度溶液粘度的1/6。AT-420污水溶液的粘度随污水放置时间的延长而增大,前80分钟增速很快,此后增速大大减小。用抗盐聚合物(一种AM共聚物)所作的研究表明,引起溶液粘度降低的主要因素,在港西油田为Fe2+,在羊三木油田为Fe2+和H2S;聚合物盐水溶液粘度随Fe2++Fe3+加入量的变化,证实Fe2+是引起溶液粘度下降即引起聚合物降解的主要因素,配制聚合物溶液用的污水中Fe2+浓度宜低于0.2 mg/L。硫脲和硫代硫酸钠均可减轻污水溶液中聚合物的降解。在港东、港西、羊三木三个注聚站的污水储罐上安装了喷淋装置,使曝气污水中Fe2+浓度大大降低,但曝气污水和用曝气污水配制的聚合物溶液储存12天后,Fe2+浓度又升高。建立了污水通气曝氧—过滤除三价铁化合物—除氧三段处理工艺,建成了包括前两段的处理装置,处理后现场污水中Fe2+浓度稳定地降至0.2 mg/L以下。图6表2。

    The reasons for premature failure of produced water tanks made of A3 steel and working at some 60℃ at Chunliang oil production factory in Shengli are investigated experimentally.The water quality analysis data show that high Cl~-concentration of 45—48 mg/L is the main factor for the high water corrosivity.A high corrosion rate(CR) of steel A3 in the produced water sample(PWS) at 60℃ is obtained by using a polarization curve technique and rather low values of CR—by a weight loss test(WLT) meanwhile the CR value of WLT in open measuring system is higher than that in closed system,pitting spots are observed on WLT specimens.All these data indicate a localized,pitting corrosion caused by Cl~-at the presence of O_2 occured with steel A3 in the tanks.The element analysis results show that the metal Al of the sacrificial anode(SA) used in cathode protection of the tanks contains excessive amount of Fe and other elements,the SA is poor in sealing and the current efficiency of the SA is of 2.92% in 7 days of measurement in the experimental PWS which denotes the SA having lost its protecting power for the cathode-tank.The coated working electrode of steel A3 in the experimental PWS starts evolve polarization current owing corrosion in 14 days which shows the loss of integrity of the protective coatings.It is concluded that to substitute a qualified SA and highly effective coating materials should be the way of prolonging the working lifetime of the produced water tanks in Chunliang and other districts of Shengli.

    对胜利油田纯梁采油厂A3钢制生产污水(水温约60℃)储罐使用寿命过低的原因进行了实验考察。水质分析数据表明氯离子浓度高(45~48 g/L)是污水腐蚀性强的主要因素。A3钢在60℃污水中的腐蚀速率,由极化曲线数据计算的值大大高于失重法测定值,敞开系统中失重法测定值又高于密闭系统中测定值,挂片上出现蚀孔,说明储罐中A3钢发生了氧存在下氯离子引起的局部腐蚀(孔蚀)。元素分析结果表明,储罐阴极保护所用的牺牲阳极铝材含铁等元素量超标,牺牲阳极密封不良,在实验污水中7天后电流效率仅为2.92%,失去阴极保护能力。处于实验污水环境中的有涂层保护的A3钢,14天后出现腐蚀极化电流,表明涂层已失去完整性。要提高该采油厂及胜利油田其他采油厂污水储罐的使用寿命,必须改用合格的牺牲阳极和保护涂层材料。图3表2参7。
