Energy saving of a water injection system can be achieved by regulating the speed of the electromotor through changing the input voltage of the motor's stator. The test of this energy-saving technology is introduced, and the test data are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) regulating the electromotor speed by adjusting the input voltage is easy to carry out, and it can be used in most of the oil fields; (2) good energy-saving effect can be achieved under the condition of light load on the motor; (3) the voltage cannot be regulated in a large range, and the optimal range of the voltage regulation is less than 10% of the rated voltage.

电动机调端电压调速是通过改变电动机定子端电压来实现调速的方法。对调端电压调速节能试验做了详细介绍, 并对试验数据进行了分析整理。由此得出结论: (1) 调电动机端电压调速方法简单, 一次性投资少, 易于实现, 对于一般的油田都适用; (2) 调压调速只有在轻负荷时, 即在负荷远未达到满负荷时才有一定的节能效果, 适用于油田普遍存在的“大马拉小车”的情况; (3) 电动机调压调速的范围不能太大, 电压调整的最佳范围为额定电压的 10%以内。
