本文研究了元素汞对机体行为的影响。选某厂从事汞作业的105名工人为接触组,另以无职业危害因素接触史的60名健康者为对照组,其年龄、性别、文化程度构成和接触组相似。用汞个体采样管在工人14个作业点采样,连采2天;以平均时间加权平均浓度表示工人接触水平。按接触程度,将接触组分为中、低浓度二组。所有受检者均采用世界卫生组织神经行为核心方法作行为功能测试。 结果表明,空气汞浓度在0.009±0.006mg/m~3时,机体某些行为功能已发生明显变化;随接触水平增高,改变尤为显著,呈接触水平-效应关系。

The neurobe-havioral function tests were carried out on allsubjects with WHO Neurobehavioral Core TestBattery (WHO NCTB). The data showed that when the air conc-entration of manganese (expressed as manga-nese dioxide) was 0.252mg/m~3, the neurobe-havioral functions of workers such as moodstate, digit span, digit symbol, simple reac-tion time,Benten visual retention and pursuitaiming Ⅰ had significant changes,as comparedwith the control group; with the increase ofthe exposure level, the changes of some beh-aviors such as mood state,digit span,digit sy-mbol and pursuit aiming Ⅰ more significant.There was a relationship between exposurelevel and alteration of some behavior, indica-ting that the current MAC of manganese(0.2mg/m~3) was safe, so far as the performancesin neurobehavior were concerned, needs tobe further studied.

Objective Neurobehavioral function of fluoride exposed workers and the exposure effect relationship were studied.Methods 65 workers from aluminum plant were taken as the exposed group and 52 healthy workers as the control group.Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB)recommended by WHO was used for observation.Meanwhile,the concentrations of serum and urine fluoride were detected.Results Compared with the control group,concentrations of serum and urine fluoride of the exposed group increased.There was significant difference of NCTB between the exposed and the control group except Benton visual retention.The concentration of serum fluoride correlated inversely with most items of NCTB except digit symbol and Benton visual retention.Conclusions Occupational fluoride exposure might interfere with normal neurobehavioral function.The exposure effect relationship between the concentrations of serum and urine fluoride and NCTB scores might exist,so NCTB could be one of the effective and sensitive indexes for aluminum workers health surveillance.

目的 探讨氟接触工人神经行为功能的改变及其接触水平 -效应关系。方法 采用WHO推荐的神经行为功能测试组合 (NCTB)对某铝厂 6 5名电解工人和 5 2名对照工人进行测试分析 ,同时测定其血清氟、尿氟浓度。结果 血清氟、尿氟浓度接触组明显高于对照组。除视觉保留外 ,氟接触工人的各项测试标准分均低于对照组。除视觉保留、数字译码外 ,血清氟浓度与NCTB各项测试间均存在明显负相关。结论 职业性氟接触可影响工人正常的神经行为功能 ,血清氟浓度与神经行为功能间可能存在一定接触水平-效应关系。NCTB测试可考虑作为氟接触工人健康监护的早期敏感指标
