Objective:To isolated and extracted Euphoria Longan(Lour.)Steud and Litchi chinensis Sonn polysaccharides from pulp of the Euphoria Longan(Lour.)Steud and the Litchi chinensis Sonn and analyse its effect on cleaning oxygen radical.Methods:A technique with hot water extract, ethanol sedimentation, chloroform and butanol combining sevag of enzyme deproteinization and decolored by H 2O 2 were preformed. Contents of sugar and polysaccharides of the Euphoria Longan(Lour.)Steud and the Litchi chinensis Sonn was determined. Ability to clean oxygen free radicals and the lipid peroxidation were depressed by polysaccharides of the Euphoria Longan(Lour.)Steud and the Litchi chinensis Sonn was determined.Result:Total sugar content of Euphoria Longan(Lour.)Steud and Litchi chinensis Sonn was 64 27%, 62 77% respectively. The polysaccharides of Longan and Litchi extraction ratio were 3 64%, 3 30% respectively. The test showed that the polysaccharides of Longan and Litchi chinensis Sonn Litchi can wipe out oxygen radical, O 2 ·- Action of anti lipid peroxidation of Polysaccharides of Litchi chinensis Sonn increases as the amount of polysaccharide increases.Conclusion:These results suggest that polysaccharides of Longan and Litchi chinensis Sonn have the actions of anti oxidation activity.

目的 :从龙眼、荔枝肉中分离提取多糖 ,并探讨其抗氧化作用。方法 :建立热水提取—乙醇沉淀—酶法结合 sevag法除去蛋白 ,H2 O2 脱色工艺制备龙眼多糖与荔枝多糖 ,对多糖总糖含量进行测定 ,并对其抗氧化作用性质进行研究。结果 :龙眼总糖含量为 6 4 .2 7% ,荔枝总糖含量为 6 2 .77%。龙眼粗多糖得率为 3.6 4 % ,荔枝粗多糖得率为 3.30 %。龙眼多糖与荔枝多糖均具有清除活性氧自由基的作用 ,荔枝多糖抗脂质过氧化物 L PO的作用能力与其剂量呈正相关关系。结论 :荔枝粗多糖与龙眼粗多糖均具有抗氧化作用
