我们用山东安邱(土般)土配制基浆,就49种不同分子量(M:0.1—5.0×10~6)和水解度(h:0—55%)的聚丙烯酰胺,从宾汉模型和幂模型出发,详细地研究了它们对泥浆流变性的影响,并得到一些规律。在 h—η_a(表观粘度)、h—τ_0(屈服应力~*)、h—K(稠度系数)曲线中皆出现峰值,而 h—n(流型指数)曲线上有一个最低点。根据(土般)土表面与聚合物的相互作用和聚合物在溶液中的状态,对上述规律作了解释。

用动态粘弹谱仪(DDV-Ⅲ-EA)和动态力学热分析仪(DMA-7)研究了HTPB推进剂、预应变老化的HTPB推进剂以及HTPB聚氨酯胶片在-100~100℃范围内的动态力学松驰现象,并用扫描电镜观察了所测材料的形貌。结果表明:常温段(40℃左右)的松驰转变是与推进剂填料粘结的那部分界面层聚合物的分子松驰运动相关,是填料与聚合物相互作用的结果。给出了丁羟推进剂动态力学响应常温段松驰转变的物理模型。

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC),polyethylene oxide(PEO) and their 50/50 blend were studied at 120℃ by inverse gas chromatography(IGC). The retention behavior was characterized for 36 probes. The IGC-derived PVC-PEO interaction parameter X23,which ranged from-01 to 0.6,showed an apparent dependence on the nature of the probe.Specific retention volumes Vg23 of the blend were found to be equal to the weight-average Vg values of the two polymers for most probes.It is suggested that there existed phase separation in the...

For phase separation system an approximate equation X23=(X12-X13)2/2 was given in this paper.This equation was verified by IGC results of poly(vinyl chloride)-poly(ethylene oxide) blends.The probe dependence of X23 was well explained with this equation.

用反相色谱研究了聚氯乙烯与聚氧乙烯的相容性,发现其共混物的比保留体积V_(g23)具有重量加和性,表明共混物可能发生了相分离.导出了相分离体系聚合物相互作用参数X_(23)的近似关系式:X_(23)=(X_(12)-X_(13))~2/2,由此式可以解释X_(23)对探针种类的依赖性.聚氯乙烯和聚氧乙烯共混体系的反相色谱实验结果基本符合这一关系式.
