On the basis of the similarity theory,a new style of brush seals with low leakage and high endurance was studied experimentally in this paper.The brush seal structure was evaluated according to the measured experimental results.The results showed that:the leakage of the new brush seals was smaller than that of the old brush seals;the leakage difference between the two brush seals became larger with the increase of the pressure difference.

以相似理论为依据,通过空气动力学的实验方法探索新型低泄漏高寿命3层片式刷式封严结构。以空气泄漏量作为评价指标,确定新型刷式封严结构的密封性并对其进行改进。实验结果表明:改进的3层片状刷式封严结构的密封泄漏特性优于简单的片状刷封结构;随着3层片状刷封进出口压差的增大,泄漏量也随之增大。

The cool-air system leakage model was presented by porous media model and parallel cylinder method to meet demand of an aeroplane's emergency fuel-release and seafty-shoot cool air system. According to the distribution of cool-air system components, direction of pipes and woking conditions, the leakage character of every component and system with the distribution of pressure and mass flow were calculated. Investigation shows that the aeroplane cool-air system are fufill the design requiremen.

针对飞机应急放油和弹射救生冷气系统设计需求,运用多孔介质和平行圆板方法建立了冷气系统泄漏模型。根据冷气系统附件分布、管路走向和工作环境,计算出了系统的压力分布、流量分布以及各部件泄漏特性和整体网络泄漏特性。计算结果表明该飞机冷气系统满足设计要求。

The principle, structure, performance, application and development of brush seal are presented. A durability test is made for 340h under simulated aeroengine operating conditions. Test results have shown that the seal/leakage performance of bristle packs made in China and imported is basically the same, and that the performance of brush seal is evidently superior to that of labyrinth seal .

介绍了刷式密封的原理、结构、性能以及应用与发展,对刷式密封进行了模拟航空发动机工作条件的340h耐久试验。试验结果表明:国产和进口刷环的密封泄漏特性基本相同;刷式密封的密封特性明显优于篦齿密封的。
