On the one hand, modern air ?conditioning causes many negative effects to the outside environment, such as Legionnaires' disease, stratosphere ozone destruction and greenhouse effect, etc. On the other hand, the latter will also promote the former by solving the relative problems. This paper presents the relationship between them.
