文采用时域的数字仿真方法,系统地计算了车削、铣削的稳定图,分析了机床不同结构模态参数匹配下稳定图的特点。对刀齿采用平均方位和瞬时方位两种假设,所计算出的铣削稳定图进行比较表明,其最低稳定边界相差很大,并且随结构模态参数不同而异。通过本文分析,目前应用的极限切削宽度公式,只适合于计算车削最低稳定边界,而不适用于铣削情况。对于计算和分析铣削稳定性和稳定图,考虑刀齿瞬时方位的数字仿真方法,是较适宜和有效的。
