阐述了大轴承的结构、运动特点及典型故障类型,分析了各种故障的振动、油样和电参量特征,提出了基于振动分析、光铁谱技术及电机电流瞬态检测技术的大轴承故障综合诊断方法,并用该方法对多家企业的7种机型、12台设备进行了21次综合测试分析,取得了良好的效果。

A synthefic multi signal features is presented based method for multi-abnorm-ality recognition using neural networks. The principle of pattern classifier with multi-inpuf parallel processing and its learning algorithm are given, and tke feature extractionfor intensite tool wear and chatter is described.The examination experiment is also per-formed. It is shown that the new metbod is superior to previous ones, capable of paralleldiagnosis of multicomplex abnormalities with easy set threshold.

提出了基于多信号特征的神经网络多故障综合诊断方法。给出了神经网络多输入并行处理模式分类器的原理及其学习算法,描述了刀具异常磨损和颤振两种故障的状态特征,并进行了试验考证。结果表明,新的方法适于多故障复杂状态的并行诊断,且性能优于传统方法,并具有故障判断阈值容易设置的特点。

The structure property and fault mechanism of switch network system in large mechanice workpice process are analysed in the paper. The idea that the system variables are divided into three groups accring to the property of the variables are provided. The composite method of fault diagnosis of large switch network system areproposed.

分析了大型机加工过程中开磁网络的特性及故障机理,提出了对系统变量按其固有特性进行分组处理的思想,探讨了该类系统的故障综合诊断方法。
