An analysis is presented of IGBTs connected in series, with reference to the phenomena of static voltage equilibrium and dynamic over voltage. In this paper a novel approach of phase shifting controlling for Series connection of IGBTs is presented. By dividing the main power supply, controlling the startup and end off sequence of child power supplys, over rating voltage can be controlled. Author expounds the method of calculating the voltage resistant capacitor of combining switching and the minimum angle of phase shifting, and discusses the side effect on the utmost frequency of switching and the output wave. This technique has been adopted in the research of high-power transmitter. [WTHZ]

The dynamic over-voltage in the series connection of IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) of high-voltage and high-power inverter equipment is investigated,and a quick feedback controlling method based on the bang-bang control is presented to control the component voltages of the equipment,with the aim of restraining the dynamic over-voltage of two series components.Moreover,a feasible mutual circuit for feedback signals is proposed,according to the characteristics of controlling loops,to offer timely and precise on-off signals for the serial IGBT.The proposed method is finally applied to the frequency-varied control of an AC induction motor.The results indicate that the proposed controlling method meets the practical requirements of great controlling accuracy and high responding speed,and that the designed mutual circuit for feedback signals is of good expansibility.

对高压大功率变流设备中绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)串联应用的动态过压问题进行了研究,提出了一种基于磅磅控制原理的快速反馈控制方法对器件端压进行控制,以抑制串联器件间的动态过压.根据控制回路的特点,设计了一种实用的反馈信号交互电路,该电路可以为串联IGBT提供及时、准确的开关信号.将所提出的方法应用于交流感应电机的变频控制,结果表明,该控制方法具有较高的控制精度和较快的响应速度,可以满足实际需要,所设计的反馈交互等电路具有良好的可拓展性.
