The leaves of potato plant were treated by the different concentrations uniconazole with 10,20,40,80 mg/L during the first bloom.The results showed that there was an increase in the content of starch,Vc and soluble sugar in the tuber,but there was a decrease in the content of soluble protein.In addition,the content of starch and Vc of potato tuber treated by the uniconazole have a significant difference compared with the CK,which indicated that uniconazole could improve the quality of potato tuber.

The effects of CaCl_2 on the tube quality of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun during storage.The results showed that the loss of the tube water was a key factor causing the tube quality to get worse;(0.1%)-1.0% CaCl_2 could significantly inhibit the water decreasing and browning of the tubes,at the same time,maintained the level of soluble protein and soluble sugar contents,while 2.0 % CaCl_2 treatment had opposite effects on the tubes.

试验研究了CaCl2处理对铁棍山药采后贮藏过程中块茎品质的影响。结果表明:块茎含水量快速下降是其品质降低的关键因素。用适宜浓度(0.1%~1.0%)的CaCl2处理,可明显抑制贮藏期间铁棍山药块茎含水量的下降,使块茎褐变率大大降低,可溶性蛋白和可溶性总糖含量维持在较高的水平,而较高浓度(2.0%)的CaCl2处理则作用相反。
