In this paper a new synthesis method, called "the Least Center-of Circle Error Method", is presneted. For a four-bar linkages mechanism, the optimum synthesis is carried out in two steps and the total nine unknown parameters are obtained, which is so called the "All Parameters Optimum Synthesis". For a six-bar linkages mechanism, thirteen optimum unknown parameters can be obtained. With this method there is no longer need to solve non-linear equations and even no need to use the conventional optimum program....

For a six-bar linkages mechanism, thirteen optimum unknown parameters can be obtained. With this method there is no longer need to solve non-linear equations and even no need to use the conventional optimum program. It is also noticed that the numb'r of design poins doesn't has to be limited and no initial guess of umknown parameters is needed. The time-consuming for computating is small so that it is suitable for computing in microcomputers. Several universal-purpose microcomputer programs of this method are develeped, and several numerical examples are given.

本文提出了一种平面连杆机构新的综合方法——“最小圆心差法”。对于四连杆机构,综合分为两个步骤,可求得全部9个未知机构参数,即四连杆机构的全参数综合;对于六连杆机构,可求得13个未知机构参数。本方法不需要解非线性方程组,不需要使用通常的优化程序,设计点的数目多少不受限制,计算速度快,适于在微型计算机上计算,优化综合时无需事先给变量的初值。文中给出了几个算例并编制出了微型计算机的通用程序。

The displacement analysis of complex plane mechanismsis usually reduced to a question of solving equations. Existance of several solu-tions means the possibility of linkage motion in different domains. This paper pre-sents a method to separate the domains of the linkage movement. In the mathema-tical sense this is to solve the equation by means of separation of roots. Thismethod can be applied to all the six-link mechanisms and most of the eight-linkmechanisms, as well as certain mechanisms of even more links.

平面连杆机构的位移分析中一个困难问题是给定一个主动杆位置求其他各杆位置时存在多解,在用计算机求解编排程序时,要明确指出所需的那个解。求复杂平面连杆机构的位移分析常常可归结为方程式求根问题,存在多根表示连杆机构可能工作在不同区段,本文提出一种划分平面连杆机构工作区段的方法。从数学上来说,就是用“根分离法”来求解方程式。此方法对六连杆机构全部适用,八连杆机构大部份适用,也可用于更多杆件的机构中。

从发动机罩平衡铰链机构的使用要求入手,建立了四连杆、六连杆机构及平衡弹簧的力学、运动学模型;采用牛顿-拉斐森方法求解设计参数的非线性方程组;研制了发动机罩平衡铰链机构的交互设计软件。该系统可实现发动机罩平衡铰链机构的快速设计、多方案优选和比较。
