In this paper a new approach to real-time measurement of multi-channel phasor signals is presented. Techniques of polynomial approximation and computer-aided test are made use of. It is shown that this approach has some significant adventages over the conventional approach with analog circuits. In this paper, the measurement principle,system implementation,assembly programming and error analysis for the approach are given.The effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated by an example.

The real-time phasor measurement of power network is very important to state estimation,stability monitoring and controlling of electric power system.The basic function unit of real-time phasor monitoring system for power network-synchronized phasor measurement unit was proposed.This unit combined global position system(GPS) with phase locked loop(PLL) technique,and made measured phasor to be sampled synchronously at different site,as well as sampling frequency to follow system frequency variance self-adaptively,and...

The real-time phasor measurement of power network is very important to state estimation,stability monitoring and controlling of electric power system.The basic function unit of real-time phasor monitoring system for power network-synchronized phasor measurement unit was proposed.This unit combined global position system(GPS) with phase locked loop(PLL) technique,and made measured phasor to be sampled synchronously at different site,as well as sampling frequency to follow system frequency variance self-adaptively,and made further improvement on the precision of phasor measurement.In addition,the method to calculate voltage phase by discrete Fourier transformation was provided,and the formula to calculate power angles of the generator was given.The voltages(magnitude and phase) of the key buses and power angles of the generator units can be monitored synchronously by this unit and transmitted to the monitoring center of power network,so real-time monitoring to whole power network operation states can be realized.

电网实时相量监测系统对于电力系统的状态估计、稳定监控具有重要意义。着重介绍电网实时相量监测系统中的基本功能单元——同步相量测量装置的原理和实现方法。该装置将全球定位系统和锁相环技术相结合,既保证了不同测量点被测相量的同步采样,又保证了各测量点对被测相量信号的采样频率能自适应地跟踪电网频率变化,使相量测量精度进一步提高。介绍基于离散傅里叶变换的电压相角计算方法,给出了发电机功角的计算公式。该装置可对电网重要节点的电压(幅值、相角)以及发电机的功角进行实时同步测量,并将测量结果实时送往监测中心,实现全网运行状态的实时监测。
