 When the comparison in pair and judgment is uncertain or fuzzy, we use Triangular Fuzzy Number to express the judgment, and set up triangular fuzzy number reciprocal judgment matrix and average value matrix with 0.1 ~ 0.9 standard degree, derive fuzzy consistent judgment matrix using transformation formulas.
