The effects of both alkali-metal salts like potassium carbonate and organic sulfide-phosphate compounds like CRS have been investigated as coking inhibitors on the pyrolysis of light gas oil with a continons flow laboratory pyrolysis unit. The effects of both alkali-metal salts like potassium carbonate and organic sulfide-phosphate compounds like CRS have been investigated as coking inhibitors on the pyrolysis of light gas oil with a continons flow laboratory pyrolysis unit. The effects of operating conditions such as temperature and steam/HC ratio, etc. have also been investigated. The results show that the apparent rate of coke formation decreases by 30~70% by coating the inner wall of the reactor with 0.002~0.010 kg per square meter of potassium carbonate. When 0.0001~0.0005 kg CRS/kg is added in the feedstock, not only the rate of coke formation decreases by 20~50%, but also the deposited coke becomes fragile, and the yields of ethylene and propylene increase. Furthemore, in accordance with the experimental results and some concepts from reference articles, the mechanism of coking inhibition by inhibitors like potassium carbonate and CRS has been discussed in some detail.

本文通过试验,对K_2CO_3等无机盐涂层和CRS等有机硫磷化合物在轻柴油蒸汽裂解制烯烃过程中抑制结焦的性能,以及温度.汽/烃比等因素对其抑制结焦的效果的影响进行了研究.结果表明:在炉管表面涂以0.002~0.01kg/m~2的K_2CO_3,可以使结焦速率降低30~70%。在轻柴油中加入0.0001~0.0005kg/kg的CRS,不仅可以使结焦速率降低20~50%,而且有提高乙烯、丙烯的产率,改变焦的形态,使其变得松软等迹象。此外,根据实验结果,并参考文献的一些观点,对K_2CO_3、CRS抑制结焦的作用机理进行了分析和讨论。
