The relatively accurate method for creep analysis considering construction process in high-rise buildings is referred to the creep coefficient method in bridge engineering. But it takes too much time because it need record all stress changes during loading. This dissertation introduces the degree of creep used in hydro-structures which is defined as exponential function. The principle of initial strain method using degree of creep is represented for creep increment analysis considering construction process in high-rise buildings and corresponding program is programmed. By comparing two examples, namely a frame and a shear-wall supported by frame, it is concluded that the simplified method can be applied for estimating the influences of creep in the primary design stage witn its not recording the stress history and high efficiency.

引入水工结构中徐变度的指数函数表达形式 ,阐明了利用徐变度对高层建筑进行考虑施工过程的徐变增量分析的初应变法的原理和基本步骤 ,编制了相应程序对框架和框支剪力墙结构算例分别进行对比分析 ,指出该简化方法避免了记录应力时程 ,效率较高 ,适于初步设计阶段估算徐变影响时使用 .

高层建设考虑施工过程徐变分析较准确的方法是参照桥梁结构中的徐变系数分析法 ,但该法需要记录整个加载过程中的应力变化 ,费时较多 .本文引入水工结构中徐变度的指数函数表达形式 ,阐明了利用徐变度对高建筑进行考虑施工过程的徐变增量分析的初应变法原理和基本步骤 ,编制了相应程序对框架和框支剪力墙结构算例分别进行对比分析 ,指出该简化方法避免了记录应力时程 ,效率较高 ,适于初步设计阶段估算徐变影响时使用 .
