The combustion took about 10 minutes. The data of determination of a series of standard organo-metallic compounds showed that the absolute deviation of this method was within ±0.3%. As a result of low combustion temperature, the duration of the silica combustion tubes was much increased. The properties of MnO2 reagents for absorbing nitrogen oxides prepared by various methods were compared and the procedure for preparing the most effective reagent was described.

本文提出在样品上覆盖Co_3O_4,用高锰酸银热解产物作催化剂,在550°C燃烧进行燃烧分析的微量测定有机金属化合物中碳氢的方法。燃烧操作时间12分钟,分析结果误差介于±0.3%,由于燃烧温度低,大大延长了石英管寿命。此外,还比较了用各种方法所制备的吸收氮氧化物的MnO_2的性能,并选出最佳的制备条件。

The combustion pro-cess can be successfully controled and a safe,stable and rapid combustion can be realized by means of automatized adjustion of the pressure of BF clean gas mains and automatized closed combustion control depending on five operating varibles :dome temperature,flue gas temperature,ration of air to fuel,residual oxygen of flue gas and BF gas flow. Blast temperature as high as 1100℃ can be ob-tained and the service life of hot stoves is expected to be extended.

This paper analysed clearly on characteristic of heat engineering and introduced design of tin short kiln used in Laibin Smeltery. Many combustion operation technical was given and pointed out the research orientation in the future.
