The resolution ability of constrained-MUSIC is not degraded when coherent targets exist and in shipborne HFOTH radar, because the spatial azimuth angle of first-order sea echo can be computed, constrained-MUSIC algorithm can make full use of the known azimuth information to resolute the vessel target, which has the same frequency as the first-order sea clutter but different azimuth angle, so as to realize the spatial high-resolution in HF OTH radar and the three-dimension detection background platform after range-velocity-azimuth resolution is given.
