通过对云南省40个卫Ⅵ项目县5年项目期内孕产妇死亡趋势及影响因素进行分析,得出结果:40个卫Ⅵ项目县孕产妇死亡率呈逐年下降趋势,至1998年低于全省孕产妇死亡的平均水平和项目预定目标。1998年主要死因产科出血占孕产妇死亡的62.13%。通过对各种影响因素的分析,针对重点死因和死亡地点,提出了加强健康教育,提高高危筛查管理能力和质量、规范信息统计,建立应用扶贫基金,实施监督评估等对策和措施。
