The compound germicidal nanoemulsion is a compound skin disinfectant containing chlorhexidine (1 700- 1 900 mg/ L), antimicrobial nanomaterial (1000 mg/ L) and other ingredients. In order to observe its properties, carrier quantitative germicidal test, stability test, animal toxicity test and structure observation were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to this new disinfectant for 3 min and 5 min were >99.90% and 100%, respectively,...

The compound germicidal nanoemulsion is a compound skin disinfectant containing chlorhexidine (1 700- 1 900 mg/ L), antimicrobial nanomaterial (1000 mg/ L) and other ingredients. In order to observe its properties, carrier quantitative germicidal test, stability test, animal toxicity test and structure observation were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to this new disinfectant for 3 min and 5 min were >99.90% and 100%, respectively, while Candida albicans needed 5 min and 10 min, respectively, to achieve such rates. It was found that the nanoemulsion had good stability during storing at 54 ℃ for 14 days. Toxicity test showed that it had no irritation and low toxicity to skin or mucous membrane of the experimental animals. Observed by transmission electron microscopy (Philips, TECNAI10), the diameter of the nanoparticles was about 50 - 100 nm and that of the oil droplet of nanoemulsion was about 10- 30 nm. So this nanoemulsion was a novel compound disinfectant with good germicidal efficacy, good stability and little irritation.

为了观察以醋酸氯已定和纳米氧化物为主要抗菌成分的皮肤消毒乳液的生物效应,采用载体定量法、动物实验和理化分析及电镜法,在实验室对其杀菌效果、毒理、稳定性及其结构体系进行了试验研究。结果,该乳液原液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用3min,对白色念珠菌作用5min,平均杀灭率均达99.90%以上。小鼠急性经口毒性试验,LD_(50)>5000mg/kg(体重),属实际无毒;蓄积系数K>5,属弱蓄积性毒性;该乳液原液对家兔皮肤粘膜刺激指数<0.4,属于无刺激性。该乳液原液在54℃保存14d,乳液中醋酸氯已定含量仅下降1.88%。据透射电镜与原子力显微镜观察,该乳液中纳米固体氧化物的粒径约为50~100nm,微乳液粒径约为10~30nm。该乳液对皮肤黏膜无刺激,性能稳定,全体系颗粒在纳米级范围。
