This paper describes some technical aspects of Chinese medical computer diagnosis, mainly, the mathematical model of traditional Chinese medicine. It also expounds the necessity of applying Fuzzy set theory as a mathematical tool to the model building, the formulation of membership function, the adoption of floating threshold method in the course of diagnosis, etc. . Examples of the application of the system and its effects are given at the end of the paper.
