The pre-reduction process of the magnetic-cobbed slag from oxygen-converter in a fluidized bed with Smelting furnace gas is studied in this paper.The results prove that the pre-reduction products can satisfy the needs of smelting furnace and improve the enviromental contamination caused by the slag from oxygen-converter.The time for obtaining 70% pre-reduction degree of the slag is only ten minutes, and operating parameters of the slageduction has been provided. The sequence of factors influenced the pre-reduction degree is discussed. The main factors are the reduction temperature and the gas relocity respectively.

实验证明,用熔融炉尾气流态化预还原磁选后的转炉渣是可行的。与高炉炉尘一样,在10分钟内,其还原度可达70%以上,满足了终还原的要求。流态化预还原附碳处理后的磁选转炉渣的影响因素的主次顺序为:温度→线速→附碳量→压力。其中线速和温度的影响最为显著,而附碳量的影响不大,这是由转炉渣自身的特性所决定的。
