The effect on dyeing properties of drawn PET filament yarns heat- set under various tension at different temperatures and different methods is investigated,The result obtained is interpreted in terms of structural modifications in the PET fibres.It has been illustrated that heat- setting with tension has its influence on the dyeing properties because of the changes in the fibre structure.The orientation of the moleeules and the size of amorphous region are the most important structural parameters which can effect the dyeing behavior.The first attempt to correlate the dyeing behavior with the mobile fraction measured by NMR technique gives an indication that mobile fraction is a structural parameter asso- ciated with the dyeing properties.

本文用宽角和小角 x 射线方法,差示扫描量热仪法,双折射法等测定聚酯长丝纤维在改变温度,张力和时间三因素时,取向、结晶度、晶粒尺寸、长周期和定型有效温度 T_(eff)的变化规律。实验表明,在定张力(0.263g/d)变温处理时,晶结度,晶粒尺寸,双折射和长周期在22℃均表现极值行为,它可能是张力与形成热收缩的熵“弹簧”之间的某种平衡行为。从改变处理时间的实验中,结构参数的变化再次证实红外热处理的快速性。在定温(200℃)变张力处理时结晶度和晶粒尺寸在张力为(0.066g/d)时表现极值行为。由此结果可以分析在(0.066g/d)张力情况下,晶粒数目达极大值,这表明张力的大小对晶体成核和生长的作用存在某种转折行为。
