This paper presents a rather rational design configuration for refitting a generalpurpose lathe into a simplyequipped NC lathe, in which the stepmotor directly drives the apron via a simple gearing system and epinion-rack gearing to accomplish the longitudinal feed movement. This configuration not only is featuring structural simplicity and less refitting labour, but also prevents the lathe longitudinal lead-screw from wear and damage.

A introduction was made on the structure style of 6110 back suspended soft pad injection mold. By the channel of pushing out device in injection moulding machine the slide was pushed and pulled by the cylinder. The front and back slides were opened or closed the mold simultaneously through the rack and gear device. The mold operation was safe and reliable. Setting the inserts and getting out the products were all controlled by the sylinder, so the operation was convenient and quick.

介绍6110后悬置软垫注射模具结构形式,利用注射硫化压机顶出机构的油路,用油缸推拉滑板,通过齿轮齿条机构达到前后两滑板同时开模或合模的目的。模具动作安全可靠,骨架的安放和产品的取出均由该油缸控制,操作方便,快捷。
