水平连铸圆钢为多晶种的不均匀粗晶材料.当采用超声波对其进行检测时,将产生较强的组织散射噪声,从而使得对缺陷回波的判断与评价无法进行.本文采用分离频谱的方法对原始检测信号进行处理,再用截止频率法对缺陷回波进行恢复运算.实验结果表明,本文所采用的方法能较为有效地消除原始检测信号中的组织噪声,从而提高超声检测的信噪比.

Cut-off frequency algorithm is put forward for the extraction of target echoes in ultrasonic testing of coarse grained materials after split spectrum processing, which can eliminate the influence of the structure scat-tered noise completely and enhance the signal to noise ratio efficiently. The algorithm has obvious advantages over traditional ones especially in extracting weak target echoes.

提出对粗晶材料的超声检测信号采用分离谱技术处理后,用截止频率算法来提取目标反射信号,可基本消除材料组织散射噪声的影响,有效地提高了信噪比。尤其是对于微弱的目标反射信号,本算法与常规算法相比,有十分明显的优越性。
