The model includes pinion,hub and ring ofgear,masscs connected on input and output ends.In this model the tortional vibration of all elements in the system and radial vibration of the palr of gears are considered and the principal source of daniping is the damping of viscoelatic materials atteched on webs,which is treated as a torsional damper.Then the author adopts tbe complex vibration mode analyzing technique to deal with this model.Further,the author computcs the dynamic response of tbe damped gear sysem,The calculated results are found to be corresponding to the obscrvations given in some reporis on experiments with damping.

本文以薄辐板加阻尼结构的航空齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立了系统的动力学模型,进而用复模态分析方法求解了系统的复频率、复振型和因啮合刚度波动引起的自激振动响应.计算结果明确显示了辐板阻尼在齿轮副相对振动及辐扳扭振中的作用.

Properties of free vibration were analyzed for simplified geared rotor,and the main factors of influence on eigen frequency were also analyzed.It was found that new eigen frequency was produced in geared rotor, and the influence of meshing stiffness of gear on eigen frequency cannot be ignored.

针对齿轮耦合的简单平行转子系统,研究了固有振动的特点,分析了影响固有频率的主要因素。结果发现,齿轮耦合使系统产生新的固有频率;齿轮啮合刚度对固有频率的影响是不容忽视的。
