Because the jet and EFP (Explosively Formed Penetrators) are mainly warheads to destroy the hard target (such as tanks, the armoured fighting vehicles, and etc.), it is very important to study the mechanism of EFP penetratings the explosive and initiating it for evaluating the stability of ammunition. In this paper, the pressure of the bow shock wave (BSW) which is produced when EFP penetrates the steel is calculated, then the pressure (of the refracted wave) in explosive is also calculated when the BSW crosses...

Because the jet and EFP (Explosively Formed Penetrators) are mainly warheads to destroy the hard target (such as tanks, the armoured fighting vehicles, and etc.), it is very important to study the mechanism of EFP penetratings the explosive and initiating it for evaluating the stability of ammunition. In this paper, the pressure of the bow shock wave (BSW) which is produced when EFP penetrates the steel is calculated, then the pressure (of the refracted wave) in explosive is also calculated when the BSW crosses the interface between the steel and the explosvie. It is possible the refracted wave initiates the explosive when the FEP's velocity surpasses the critical velocity.

聚能装药形成的金属射流和 EFP是战争中对付坦克、装甲车辆等目标的技术手段 ,研究 EFP对炸药的引爆机理对于评估弹药受 EFP侵彻时的安全性具有非常重要的意义。通过计算 EFP侵彻带盖板装药时在盖板中产生的脱体冲击波压力 ,以及该压力在盖板与炸药界面处产生反射和透射作用后进入炸药内部的透射波压力强度 ,分析了 EFP破甲后冲击起爆炸药的可行性。

Initiation criterion of different nose shape and different material of projectile has been studied base on research result of other scholars in this paper.The inference result of different projectile parameters has been got using numerical simulation and a new experiential expression has been established which include the effect of nose shape and material of projectile.Compare with the corresponding experiments result,the expression describe the shock response truly as projectile impact into high explosive.

在国内外学者研究基础上分析了不同头部形状及不同材料射弹对裸装炸药的引爆判据,利用数值模拟计算得到了不同射弹材料、射弹头部形状对引爆状态的影响结果,进而提出了综合考虑射弹头部形状及材料密度的射弹冲击引爆炸药临界条件经验表达式。与已有试验结果相比较,该表达式能较好的描述裸装炸药在承受冲击条件下的起爆响应。
