The result show no significant difference between group A and group B in slaughter percentage, breastmeat percentage, thigh percentage, semi-eviscerated percentage and eviscerated percentage. There were significant differences in thymus index, indexs of bursal and thymus between group A and B in week 6 and 8. 蜂花粉多糖作为饲料添加饲喂肉鸡,实验分两组。蜂花粉多糖以0.2%的比例饲养的作为A组,也就是试验组,B组为空白对照组,在相同的环境下一同饲养。定期测定两组鸡的生产性能和免疫性能指标。结果表明,第4周末,A组与B组的周龄重差异不显著,第8周末,A组周龄重显著高于B组的周龄重。A试验组的料重比低于B组,可以节约饲料2.5%。A组的屠宰率,胸肌率,腿比率,半净膛率,全净膛率与B组相比都差异不显著。第4、6和8周龄时A组血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和球蛋白/白蛋白等指标与B组都差异不显著。第6周龄和第8周龄时A组的胸腺指数、法氏囊和肾脏指数都与对照组相比差异显著,蜂花粉多糖作为饲料喂肉鸡可以提高免疫器官指数。

Method:The anti-tumor effect and the histomorphology of tumor, liver, kidney , spleen and thymus were observed in S180-brearing mice, compared with cyclophosphamide (Cy). Results:RPP could remarkably inhibit the growth of S180 and the inhibition rate was 51.26% . Moreover, RPP used in combination with Cy could display synergism and reduce its toxicity on immune organ .The histomorphology showed that...

Objective:To investigate the anti-tumor effect of rape bee-pollen polysaccharide (RPP) in tumor-bearing mice . Method:The anti-tumor effect and the histomorphology of tumor, liver, kidney , spleen and thymus were observed in S180-brearing mice, compared with cyclophosphamide (Cy). Results:RPP could remarkably inhibit the growth of S180 and the inhibition rate was 51.26% . Moreover, RPP used in combination with Cy could display synergism and reduce its toxicity on immune organ .The histomorphology showed that the antitumor acitivity of high dosage RPP was better than Cy. RPP had no toxicity on liver,kidney,spleen and thymus in tumor-bearing mice,and could protect them .Conclusion:RPP had the antitumor acitivity and could reduce the toxicity of Cy.

目的:观察油菜蜂花粉多糖(RPP)的抗肿瘤作用及对荷瘤小鼠组织形态的影响。方法:以环磷酰胺(Cy)为对照,观察RPP对S180肿瘤细胞的抑制作用及对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤、肝、肾、脾、胸腺组织形态的影响。结果:RPP能明显抑制肿瘤细胞生长,抑瘤率可高达51.26%;与Cy合用有一定协同作用,同时可缓解Cy对机体免疫器官的损害;组织形态学检测结果表明,高剂量RPP抑瘤效果较Cy好,对荷瘤鼠肝、肾、脾、胸腺组织无明显毒副作用,且有一定保护作用。结论:RPP有一定的抗肿瘤作用,并可拮抗化疗药物对机体的损害。
