In this paper,the detail DME spray characteristics have been investigated by using shadow photographic method.The results of high speed photography show that the time of DME spray breakup is 0.2 ms~0.4 ms,which is shorter than that of diesel fuel.With increasing in the environment density or enlarging the orifice diameter,the breakup time of DME becomes shorter.With increasing in the environment density,the spray penetration and spray tip velocity decrease more rapidly,and the spray angle becomes larger.With decreasing in the orifice diameter,the spray penetration and the spray angle decreases.The results show that the needle valve opening pressure almost has no effect on the DME spray penetration,but the spray angle decreases at the beginning of the spray development as the decrease of the needle valve opening pressure.However,at the end of spray development the spray angle almost has no change.The characteristics of DME mixing with air have been investigated also.The results show that the average stoichiometric air fuel ratio of DME spray is larger than that of diesel spray,it indicates that the DME mixes with air better than diesel resulting in that DME emits lower pollutant emissions.In addition,the calculated results show that the average stoichiometic air DME ratio increases with increasing in the ambient density or decreasing in the orifice diameter.

采用阴影法和数学模型方法研究二甲基醚喷雾混合特性 ,研究了缸内工质密度、喷孔直径、启喷压力等对二甲基醚喷雾混合特性的影响。试验结果表明 ,二甲基醚喷雾破碎期约为 0 .2 ms~ 0 .4ms,环境密度、喷孔直径越大 ,二甲基醚喷雾体发展越不稳定 ;环境密度增大时 ,喷雾破碎期缩短 ,贯穿距减小、锥角增大 ;喷孔直径增大时 ,喷雾破碎期缩短 ,锥角增大 ,由于贯穿速度大 ,喷雾贯穿距增大 ;启喷压力对二甲基醚喷雾贯穿距影响不大 ,对喷雾锥角有些影响 ,启喷压力高 ,喷雾体发展初期 ,锥角增大 ,但空间发展后期 ,两种启喷压力的喷雾锥角趋于一致。喷雾混合特性计算结果表明 ,二甲基醚喷雾体平均化学当量空燃比比柴油大 ,因而柴油机燃用二甲基醚时涡流比不宜过大。环境密度增大 ,喷孔直径减小 ,喷雾体平均化学当量空燃比增大

针对R600a压缩机制冷量测量中存在误差的实际情况,进行了各种可能的实验和理论分析,找到了产生误差的主要原因。连接管的流阻造成吸气压力的下降,对工质密度产生严重影响;系统中残留的冷冻油,阻碍制冷剂的蒸发。对这两个影响制冷量准确测量的原因进行了理论计算和分析,计算结果和实验数据完全吻合,为提高制冷量测试系统的测量精度指出了设计方向。
