The process of submicron resin adsorption is a kind of rapid reaction, so it is difficult to monitor. Infrared spectroscopy was applied in gentamycin resin adsorption reaction. The characteristic peak location of adsorbed gentamycin on the resin was identified. The quantitative model was established by using partial least square method. The correlation coefficient of this model was 0.979. Resin adsorption processes of different initial concentrations were monitored by this method and the results were satisfactory....

亚微米树脂吸附反应是一种快速反应 ,离线取样分析较困难。本文采用红外光谱技术原位监测亚微米树脂吸附庆大霉素反应 ,找到并验证了树脂上吸附庆大霉素的吸收峰位置 ,并用偏最小二乘法建立定量模型 ,模型的相关系数为 0 .979。在此基础上对不同初始浓度的吸附反应实现了原位监测
