         Samples of Berlinite(α-AlPO_4) have been grown by slow heating method in autoclave. The piezoelectric constants and elastic constants have been measured by transmission method at room temperature. In addition, the influence of various defects in crystals on electric properties were studied.

         In this paper formulas of coupling coefficients for thickness extensional and thickness shearing vibration modes along rotated axis for Lithium Niobate were obtained by Methods of matrix calculating and tensor calculating. Electromechanical coupling coefficients of three modes of vibration along rotated axis were calculated. These obtained curves possess some advantage for use of the crystals.
            本文利用晶体的压电弹性、介电矩阵,通过矩阵及张量运算,推导出铌酸锂晶体厚度模机电耦合系数的精确公式。并计算了任何切割点三个振动模式的机电耦合系数,所得曲线对使用这种晶体具有一定的参考意义。
