The levels of serum iron(SI),serum ferritin(SF)and total iron bind capacity (TIBC)were determined in 27 uncontrolled NIDDM and 10 normal control subjects.27 NIDDM were divided into group A(with chronic diabetic complications)and group B(without complications).The results suggested that in all 27 NIDDM,the SF was significantly higher than that of the normal con- trols.In group A,the SF was higher than that of the group B.No significant differences in SI,and TIBC were found between DM and normal controls.Results...

采用转铁蛋白受体(TfR)放射配体结合分析法及红细胞内外铁染色检查,对41例中期孕(16~28孕周)胎肝幼红细胞TfR及红细胞内外铁进行了研究。结果发现:①在孕母铁状况正常情况下,胎肝有一定数量的细胞内外铁存在,但明显较成人为少。随着孕母缺铁性贫血(IDA)程度的加重,胎肝中红细胞外铁贮存减少,中度IDA时几乎全部消失(等级相关r=一0.55,P=0.0061)。胎肝红细胞内铁的变化与胎肝红细胞外铁变化趋势相同(r分别一0.48及一0.55,P分别为0.009及0.006)。②对胎肝幼红细胞的TfR的研究发现,隐性缺铁的孕母,其胎儿肝脏TfR与正常无明显差异,但IDA母亲的上述TfR位点数明显高于正常组(P均<0.05),提示胎儿因铁代谢受到影响而出现了相应代偿性变化。上述结果提示,中期孕母亲患缺铁性贫血对胎儿肝脏铁代谢有直接的不良影响。

The model of stored iron in female Wistar rats were made by administrating water containing ferrous sulfate and iron complexing agent.The effect of stored iron levels on heart energy metabolism under stress state were studied.The results showed that the contents of ATP and E.C.were decreased significantly when the stored iron levels inreased.The heart energy metabolism were improved after administrating iron complexing agent.

经饮水给予大鼠不同剂量的铁和铁络合剂,造成大鼠体内铁贮存水平改变。观察在应激状态下,大鼠体内铁贮存量对心脏能量代谢的影响。结果表明,体内铁贮量增加,可致心脏三磷酸腺苷酸(ATP)含量降低,能量负荷(E.C.)明显下降;给予铁络合剂后心脏能量代谢明显改善。
