应用FRF-1型鱼类呼吸频率测定仪,连续120h自动测定了池塘中鲤鱼的呼吸频率,首次记录了野外环境中鱼类的呼吸特征,在富有藻类的养鱼塘中,由于气象条件及昼夜的变化,池水溶解氧日变化在0.6—12mg/L,当连续阴雨天,池水溶解氧长时间可低达1mg/L左右,在通常状态下,鲤鱼的呼吸频率随溶解氧的降低而升高,随溶解氧升高而降低,在缺氧状态下,FRF-1呼吸仪可自动启动充氧机。
