中小学教师继续教育工作越来越显示出其重要性。新形势下开展这一工作面临机遇也遇到了些条件限制。笔者认为首先要处理好学历教育和继续教育,培训院校和教研部门、中小学、行政部门的关系,为继续教育创造良好的外围环境;其次,通过提高继续教育教师队伍素质,更新培训内容、培训方式,改进教学手段等途径,切实提高继续教育质量。
