It was indicated in a comparative experiment that the concentration of Ante Disinfectant containing trichloroisocyanuric acid required for killing 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger was low and the concentration of chlorine dioxide required for destroying the antigenicity of HBsAg was also low。The efficacy of solution of solid iodophor in killing B,subtilis spores and destroying HBsAg was poor.

The original method for preparing iodophor is mixing iodine and surfactant solutions for reaction, followed by concentration and drying. The modified method is directly grinding and mixing the dry powders of iodine and surfactant, followed by heating at 80~90℃ for 8~10 hr. Examination of the solid iodophor prepared by the modified method found that its germicidal efficacy was not lower than that of the iodoform prepared by the original method. The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to its solution containing 500 mg/L available iodine for 1 min, Candida albicans exposed for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to its solution containing 4000 mg/L available iodine for 120 min attained higher than 99.90%. When this solid iodophor was stored in airtight brown ground-glass stoppered flask at 54℃ for 14 days, its available iodine content decreased by 2.60%~3.23%.

改良法制备固体碘伏工艺流程简单,省时,成本较低。经检测,用新法制备的固体碘伏,杀菌作用与稳定性均不次于用旧法制备者。其杀菌效果随剂量增加而上升,随有机物增加而下降
