在对纳米粉体材料的制备工艺调研的基础上,提出了一种新的制备超细粉体氧化物材料的方法——喷雾燃烧-热解反应法。并且在自制的实验装置上时此方法制备纳米粉体材料的可行性进行了初步的探索,分别制备出了氧化锆和铁氧体体系的粉体,并对其颗粒进行了电镜扫描,从结果来看,氧化锆和铁氧体的粉体都达到了超细粉的直径范围。从而证明此方法是可行的。后续的研究应着重在研究不同的反应参数对粉体粒径的影响,以及所制备出的粉体的物理和化学性质的检测与改进等方面。
