Physical modelling of cooling reservoir with consideration of wind effect is sometimes important in arriving at correct prediction of thermo-hydraulic behaviors of the water circulation and optimization of planning of the relevant hydraulic structures.A special set up was installed to handle with such simulation and some methodology solving this problem was presented.The paper gives a general aspect of the investigation in this respect.Attention is focused on the derivation of the similarity criteria and their simplification.A case study with field verification is briefly introduced to illustrate its feasibility and realibility.

冷却水运动中,特别是面层水流运动,不同程度地受水面风吹影响;在封闭水域中,这种影响更为突出,有时成为优化水工工程布置的控制因素.本文便是针对风吹效应问题,在物理模拟方法上所作的研究成果.文中提出了考虑风吹影响水力热力模型的相似准则,模拟途径以及实现.这种模拟的手段;介绍了为此目的而设计的专用试验装置.在此装置中进行整体水力热力模拟的指导思想是:将模型设计成两部分模型的组合,即水域自由面以下是一般的冷却池水力热力几何变态模型;自由面以上是气流几何正态模型.两部分模型通过水气交面条件的衔接,结合成一整体.模型除了要求满足冷却水运动的一般相似准则外,还要求满足:(1)风吹效应在受热水体流速场上的相似,(2)风吹效应在水面坡降及沿程能量变化上的相似文中分析了相似准则间的矛盾、处理办法和有待解决的问题.例举陡河冷却水库试验验证这类水力热力模型的相似性.
