This paper simply discusses the necessity to study and prepare all-year grade journal box oil. As proven by field tests, some of the sample oils, which are made by adding appropriate amount of T603 and T803 into paraffin base oils such as those made from Daqing or Xinjiang crudest meet the requirements of all-year use. In addition, the journal bearing operation temperature of these oils is 1~2℃ lower than that of winter axle oie used before. 本文简要说明了研制使用通用车轴油的必要性。试验证明,用大庆、新疆等非低凝油复合加入适量的T603和T803研制的几种油样,有些能符合通用的要求,并且运行轴温比原用冬油低1~2℃,具有一定的技术经济意义。

The use of lubricants featuring high consistency, better oily and fluidity is an effective measure to prevent the problem mentioned.

本文通过FALEX摩擦磨损试验,测试了SS1型电力机车牵引齿轮用23~*车轴油及其他机车常用润滑剂的极压性能。指出:23~*车轴油粘度低,油膜厚度不大,易泄漏,是造成齿轮胶合的主要原因;采用稠度大、油性好、有一定流动性的润滑脂,是防止齿轮胶合的有效措施。

本文在对我国铁路货车滑动轴承热切轴事故产生原因及防止对策的分析研究基础上,提出了在32#A通用车轴油中加入新型添加剂,产生能保持一段较长时间的平衡温度,使热轴车辆随列车运行到有列检的站、场进行处理,从而避免在运行途中发生热切轴事故的技术措施。室内理化试验和实物台架试验结果证明了这一措施的可行性和有效性。文中还就应用加剂油时的几个有关问题进行了探讨。
