Firstly, the imaging model of pin-hole camera and the triangulation of laser ranging are discussed. Then the theoretical model of the 3D machine vision measuring system is established and the method for calculation of the 3D coordinates based on only one frame of 2D digital image is given. The work in this paper provides a sound foundation for development of the 3D machine vision measuring system.

分析了单摄像机成像原理和激光三角测距原理,建立了三维机器视觉测量系统的原理模型,给出了根据单幅二维数字图像计算检测目标三维坐标信息的具体方法,为三维机器视觉系统研制开发奠定了理论和算法基础。

Based on the 3D machine vision measuring system which can calculate the 3D coordinates using one frame of 2D digital image, the corresponding calibration models for both the camera and the laser ranging system are established. The work in this paper provides a sound foundation for the 3D machine vision measuring system and put it into practical use.
