采用微波辅助碱液直接蒸馏提取紫丁香中的丁香酚,一次提取物经GC检测丁香酚含量达96.2%,提取率为12.0%,分别比水蒸气蒸馏法高21.7%和14.6%,比普通碱液蒸馏高6.9%和9.2%;用GC-MS与标准样品比较证明组成确定且杂质组成相对简单。结果表明,微波辅助碱液蒸馏法不仅提高了丁香酚的一次提取率,且无有机溶剂残留,有利于进一步开发其高纯产品和生物制剂。
