Among five flowsheets, the one with rough concenirate rogrinding-first cleaning tailing returning to scavengersecondary cleaning tailing and scavenging concentrate to the third cell of the rougher is more reasonable with better beneficiation indexes.H1105 is an effective depeasor for such gangue minerals as quartz and calcite. The key of improving quality of concentrate is to reasonably control the first and secondary grinding fineness.

探索了浮选萤石的五种磨浮工艺流程,认为采用粗精矿再磨,一精尾矿返回扫选,二精尾矿、扫选精矿返回粗选第三槽的磨浮工艺较合理,其选别指标较优。H1105是石英、方解石等脉石矿物的良好抑制剂。合理控制第一段和第二段磨矿细度是提高精矿质量的先决条件。
