Chlordla spp., trieornutum and the arificial food are suitable for the shellfish respectively and soybean granule results in reduction of gonad. The gonad maturity of the individual stocked in th e laboratory are 2 months earlier than that in the nature sea. 17.3% of the stocked cockles are spawning spontaneously and the olders appear more rapid than the youngers in the development of gonad.
