The changes of left ventricular function in 37 normal children and 6 cases with myocarditis were investigated echoeardiographically during cold pressor test (CPT). Subsequently, the mechanism of changes of heart function was discussed. The investigation indicates that the courses of fraction shortening (FS), ejection fraction (EF), systolic time interval (STI) and the frequency corrected parameters (Vcf×100/ HR) give the best information about left ventricular intropic state during and after CPT.

本文应用超声心动图研究37例健康儿童,6例心肌炎患儿在冷加压试验(CPT)过程中心功能的变化,并讨论了变化机制,结果提示短轴缩短率(FS)、射血分数(EF)、收缩时间间期(STI)及频率校正的周边纤维缩短迷率(Vcf×100/HR)可作为CPT时评价心肌变力状态的良好指标。
