本文以四川电网作为研究对象,对边际成本定价理论和方法进行了探索性研究。研究表明,该定价方法理论先进、科学,它将根据不同用电时间、不同负荷率、不同电压等级的用户,确定合理的丰枯、峰谷分时电价结构和容量、电量两部制电价结构,不仅正确地反映电能价值,使用户合理地负担电力成本,而且还可以指导用户合理地使用电力,充分发挥电力设备能力,从而提高电力企业的经济效益,具有推广应用价值。

The electricity pricing analyses are based on the study of the electric power cost There are many factors which affect the share of the electic power cost. In this paper, by analyzing the limitation of the two traditional methods considering the CPUT, a more rational intercept method is presented. Its principle is introduced and a calculation example is given for describing the calculation process and showing the rationality, feasibility and availability.
